Born October 8, 1969 in the village of Tuchkovo of Ruzsky District of Moscow region.
Graduated from GMU to them. College (1988) and Saint Petersburg State Conservatoire. N. And. Rimsky-Korsakov (1994).
Since 1988 works at the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" (soloist, conductor). From 1996 he taught at the State musical College named. Gnessin state musical College (Department of folk instruments: harp). He currently teaches at the Moscow state Institute of culture.
The winner of the world festival of youth and students (Moscow, 1985).
The orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" and as a soloist he has toured in cities of Russia and abroad (Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, UK, Yugoslavia, China). Has a number of recordings on radio.
As a conductor he participated in the creation of concert programs: "the Imperial bells of Saint Petersburg", "Ring ring Golden Rus", "Russian romance," "through the pages of Opera classics", "melodies of the 50's and 60's", and many others.
In 1992-1996 he worked with the composer V. N. Gorodovskaya. Is the first performer of a number of her original pieces written for the harp is using. In 1987-2000 performed and edited the works of V. Panin, and later toured with this composer. In 1999, at the invitation of composer E. Artemyev participated in the recording of the music to the film "the Barber of Siberia".
In 2019, the Resolution of the Governor of Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov for his great contribution to development of musical art and many years of creative activity in the Moscow region Maxim Evtushenko was awarded the "For services to the Moscow region" III degree.
