Pushkarev Yury Nikolaevich born in 1955 in Moscow.
Graduated from Children's music school im. I. O. Dunayevsky in 1971.
From 1971 to 1975 he studied at the Moscow musical pedagogical College named. The October revolution on Bayan and conducting.
