XIV international festival "Constellation of masters" 29.02.2020

From February 27 to March 1, 2020, Moscow hosted the XIV international festival "Constellation of masters", XII all-Russian competition of masters of the balalaika and domra and an exhibition of musical instruments.

The festival was attended by the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia". The performance took place on 29 February in the Concert hall of the Russian Academy of music Gnesin. Conductor — honored artist of Russia Maxim Evtushenko, conductor — the honoured artist of Russia Yury Pushkarev.

18 Jan the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" under management of honoured artists of Russia Maxim Yevtushenko and Yuri Pushkarev spoke at the closing ceremony of the "Road to Christmas". The program was attended by Children's concert choir "Scarlet sails" (artistic Director and conductor — honored worker of culture of Russia Elena Volodina) and the organist Hiroko Inoue (Japan). There were works by P. I. Tchaikovsky, M. Mussorgsky, S. Rakhmaninov, V. V. Belyaev.

Festival "Volokolamsk fruit day" 22.09.2019

22 September in the Iosifo-Volotsky monastery of ended autumn festival "Volokolamsk fruit day". In the concert program of the festival was attended by the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia". The team made a soloist of the Moscow Philharmonic society, laureate of all-Russian and international competitions Yulia Zhuravleva (folk vocals) and honoured artist of Moscow region Ivan Zubarev (tenor). The conductor was the honored artist of Russia Yury Pushkarev.

Despite the cold weather, the artists performed in an open area, warming and delighting the audience with his art.


Festival "Russian Classic Open Air. Masterpieces of Russian Opera" 31.08.2019

August 31, the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" has acted at festival "Russian Classic Open Air. Masterpieces of Russian Opera" in Museum-reserve "Kolomenskoye".

Soloists – laureate of international competitions Yuliya Zhuravleva (folk vocals) and honoured artist of Moscow region Ivan Zubarev (tenor). Conducted by honoured artist of Russia Yury Pushkarev.

The concert was led by Svetlana Saveliev.


Concert "Organ, DUDUK and saxophone" at the festival "Gloria" 05.07.2019

5 July in the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul hosted a concert "Organ, DUDUK and saxophone" at the festival "Gloria". The program was attended by the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia".

Also participants of the program "trio Bel Canto" (Khosrov Manukyan DUDUK, Mikhail Troshin – saxophone, Ivan Ipatov – body) and the ensemble "Indian summer" (the honored artist of Russia Nina Crow, Lyudmila Alekseeva, Tatiana School, Elena Milaeva).

They played works by Russian and European composers.

XXXVIII international music festival named after S. V. Rakhmaninov 16.04.2019

On April 16 in the Tambov drama theatre ("Tambopata") held a concert of the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" Moscow regional Philharmonic at the International music festival named after S. V. Rachmaninoff. The conductor was the honored artist of Russia Yury Pushkarev Maxim Evtushenko.
 
The program was attended by the soloist of the Moscow Philharmonic society, fellow of the International charitable Fund of Yuri Rozum, laureate of international competitions Elizaveta Antonova (folk vocals) and the orchestra's soloists — honoured artist of Moscow region Ivan Zubarev (tenor) and laureate of international competitions, laureate of the "National treasure of Russia" Olga Alekseeva (harp).
 
The concert was a great success, the artists received rave reviews from audience and organizers. On behalf of the creative Director, people's artist of Russia N. L. Lugansk State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" was awarded the diploma of the participant of the XXXVIII International music festival named after S. V. Rachmaninoff.

The XXII festival of arts "Moscow. Pushkin. February evenings on Arbat" 17.02.2019

17 Feb at the State Museum of A. S. Pushkin in the framework of the XXII international festival of arts "Moscow. Pushkin. February evenings on Arbat" took place the concert "the seasons of the year. The Blizzard". The story of Alexander Pushkin "the Snowstorm" I read a famous film and theater actor, honored artist of Russia Alexander Oleshko. Music are works by Russian composers performed by the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia". The conductor was the honored artist of Russia Yury Pushkarev.
 
There were Musical illustrations to A. S. Pushkin's story "Snowstorm" by G. Sviridov, "happy" and "Russian song" by S. Rachmaninoff, "Walk" and "the Heroic gate" from "Pictures at an exhibition" by M. Mussorgsky, "Battle of Kerzhenets" from the Opera "the legend of the invisible city of Kitezh and the maiden Fevroniya" by N.. Rimsky-Korsakov, choir "glory" from the Opera "Ivan Susanin" M. I. Glinka.
 
The program was decorated with sand animation (artist — Lily Qistina).
 


The closing ceremony of the IX International festival "the Road to Christmas" 07.01.2019

IX international festival "the Road to Christmas" ended on 7 January with a Grand concert "Christmas Gala" in the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul. The festive program was presented by the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" under management of honoured artists of Russia Maxim Yevtushenko and Yuri Pushkarev.

This evening the colorful timbre of the harp combined with the Armenian DUDUK (Khosrov Manukyan), saxophone (Mikhail Troshin), body (Ivan Ipatov), and with a stunning sound children's concert choir "Scarlet sails" (conductor — honored worker of culture of Russia Elena Volodina).

The programme of the concert featured works by Tchaikovsky, Mussorgsky, Rachmaninov and other composers. Musical pieces were accompanied by water animation Ebru (artist Anna Klukowska).

A magnificent gala concert gathered a full auditorium and gave the audience a bright Christmas mood!

VII Moscow festival "the DUDUK and organ" 06.10.2018

6 October in the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul "concert DUDUK, organ and saxophone" in the framework of the VII Moscow festival "the DUDUK and organ". The program was made by the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia", conducted by the honored artist of Russia Yury Pushkarev.
 
In the concert also participated the Khosrov Manukyan (Armenian DUDUK), Mikhail Troshin (saxophone), Anna Suslova (organ) that form a trio of "Belcanto".
 
Sounded Armenian melodies, as well as music by J. S. Bach, A. Vivaldi, F. Schubert, M. Ravel, S. Rachmaninov. A musical program was accompanied by a video installation: the milky way through the eyes of the Hubble telescope.

Festival "Volokolamsk Cheese day" 22.09.2018

September 22, the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" has acted in Volokolamsk. The program was attended by the soloists – laureate of international competitions, laureate of the "National treasure of Russia" Olga Alekseeva (harp), honoured artist of Moscow region Ivan Zubarev (tenor), soloist of the Moscow Philharmonic society, laureate of international competitions Yuliya Zhuravleva (folk vocals). The conductor was the honored artist of Russia Maxim Evtushenko.
 
The concert was held at the walls of the Iosifo-Volotsky monastery in the framework of cultural and educational family festival "Volokolamsk Cheese day" which was dedicated to the end of the summer season and coincides with the feast day of St. Joseph of Volokolamsk.


Festival "Music of the Cathedral under a mountain" (Day of the city of Serpukhov) 21.09.2018

21 Sep the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" has acted in Serpukhov. The program was attended by the soloists – laureate of international competitions, laureate of the "National treasure of Russia" Olga Alekseeva (harp), honoured artist of Moscow region Ivan Zubarev (tenor), soloist of the Moscow Philharmonic society, laureate of international competitions Yuliya Zhuravleva (folk vocals). The conductor was the honored artist of Russia Yury Pushkarev.
 
The concert took place on the ground near the Dormition Church and the Church of Elijah in celebration of the city Day and festival under the open sky "Music under Cathedral mountain."

X anniversary festival "Slavic compound" 26.08.2018

Last weekend on Spivoche pole village dubrovitsy G. O. Podolsk was celebrated two festivals dedicated to 1030 anniversary of the Baptism of Rus. 25 August – "Symphony of summer", August 26 – "Slavyanskoe Podvorye".

One of the special guests of the X anniversary festival "Slavic compound" became the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" under the leadership of honoured artist of Russia Maxim Evtushenko. Soloists – laureate of international competitions Yuliya Zhuravleva (folk vocals), honoured artist of Moscow region Ivan Zubarev (tenor).


XX the Military-historical festival "Duchnowski maneuvers" 25.08.2018

25 Aug Shchyolkovo passed XX the Military-historical festival "Duchnowski maneuvers". The guest of the program became the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia". The conductor was the honored artist of Russia Yury Pushkarev. Soloists – honoured artist of Moscow region Ivan Zubarev (tenor), winners of Russian and international competitions Yuliya Zhuravleva (folk vocals) and Olga Alekseeva (harp). Sounded folk songs and folk tunes and works by contemporary composers, works of Russian and world musical classics.


II all-Russian festival of folk art "Dance and sing, my Russia!" 18.03.2018

March 18 at the State Kremlin Palace hosted a Grand festival "Dance and sing, my Russia!", which gathered more than a thousand participants. The program was organized by the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia".

This year the festival was held for the second time. This large-scale celebration of folk vocal, dance and music with an interesting scenario-action and design in the form of artistic narrative, with the scenery and special effects.

On the stage of the Kremlin Palace orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" was presented a unique instrument from the office of the President of the Russian Federation: the harp is made from wood of the Kremlin Christmas tree 2018. A memorable and significant gift got the main conductor, honoured artist of Russia Maxim Yevtushenko.

The festival "Slavic compound" 27.08.2017

August 27, the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" took part in the festival of folk arts "Slavic yard", which was held at the Song festival grounds in the village dubrovitsy G. O. Podolsk in a picturesque place at the Church of the Holy virgin and of the Golitsyns ' estate. For the first time with the orchestra were made by a young talented singer, laureate of international competitions, scholarship holder of the International charitable Fund of Yuri Rozum Elizaveta Antonova.


The opening of the festival "We love the city" 20.06.2017

On 20 June 2017 at the Moscow house of nationalities hosted the festival "We love the city", devoted to celebration of the 870th anniversary of our capital.

The Director V. B. Tarasov opened the festival and wished all participants good luck and success in competitive events.

The concert program was attended by the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia".

Music festival "Russia" in Kolomenskoye 12.06.2017

On June 12 the Day of Russia, the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia", made in the Museum-reserve "Kolomenskoye". The concert was held in the framework of music festival "Russia" on the stage in a Potato field (between the Tsar's court and Voice ravine).

Soloists – laureates of all-Russian and international competitions Tatiana Semushina (vocals) and Olga Alekseeva (the harp is using). Conductor – honoured artist of Russia Yury Pushkarev.


Festival "Second breath" 23.04.2017

April 23, the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" has acted in Noginsk city Park at the festival "Second breath", which is timed to the Year of ecology in Russia. Despite the cold weather, the concert on the open ground was held, and the performance was a great success!

The choir performed folk songs and folk tunes and works by contemporary composers, works of Russian and world musical classics. The plays performed in original, unique arrangements for "the facts of the orchestra".


The first Moscow festival of love "Krasnaya Gorka" 23.04.2017

23 April in Moscow, said Russian youth festival "Red hill". It was held in the format of a festival for lovers on the territory of Izmailovo Kremlin. In the framework of the festival there was a performance ensemble of the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" – the second concert of the band in one day!

The festival "Dance and sing, my Russia!" 18.03.2017

March 18, 2017 in the State Kremlin Palace hosted the all-Russian festival of folk art "Dance and sing, my Russia!" in the framework of the International day of theatre and dance in Moscow. Grand concert gathered more than a thousand participants! For the first time in the former Soviet Union, 40 years later, in the festival program on the stage of the Kremlin Palace gathered famous academic choir and dance groups.

A participant of the program became the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" Moscow regional state Philharmonic society (artistic Director – people's artist of Russia Yuri Yevtushenko, chief conductor – honored artist of Russia Maxim Evtushenko, conductor and arranger – the honoured artist of Russia Yury Pushkarev). The performance of the team was a kind of leitmotif of the festival, which brought together the culture of different peoples of Russia.

VII international festival of arts "the Road to Christmas" 07.01.2017

January 7, in the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" spoke at the closing ceremony of the VII International festival of arts "the Road to Christmas".

In the program "Stained glass Christmas. Organ, DUDUK and harp" was also made by the laureates of international contests Tatyana Lanskaya (soprano), Anastasia Sidelnikova (organ), Dad's Shahbazyan (Armenian DUDUK), Ivan Ipatov (organ), Gennadiy Kharlamov (bell-Bily). There were works by J. S. Bach, V. A. Mozart, N. Rimsky Korsakov Christ.

For participation in the festival and a high level of mastery of the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" was awarded the diploma of the winner.


III international festival of performers on old string plucked instruments "Sadko". Day three 11.10.2015

Moscow regional Philharmonic society with the support of the Ministry of culture of the Moscow region presented the III international festival of performers on old string plucked instruments "Sadko". The festival was held from 9 to 11 October 2015 in Krasnogorsk, Zvenigorod and Moscow.

The participating teams presented their best songs at the closing ceremony of the festival on October 11 in the Moscow Provincial theatre. Leading the gala concert is the singer, actress Ilona Bronevitskaya. Participants of the festival were congratulated by the special guest – film and theater actor, people's artist of Russia Sergei Bezrukov. Diploma and commemorative award plates with the logo of the festival guslar Sadko, the participants were presented by the Director of Moscow regional Philharmonic Ilgiz Yanbukhtin.

THE HISTORY OF THE FESTIVAL "SADKO"

The first international festival of performers on old string plucked instruments "Sadko" in 2004 was supported by the Ministry of culture of the Moscow region. The festival was attended by 14 teams, 170 participants from Latvia, Ukraine, Belarus, Pskov, Petrozavodsk, St. Petersburg, Votkinsk, in the city of Syktyvkar, Kalmykia, Buryatia, the Republic of Mari El, Moscow region.

In 2006, the Second festival brought together the best national performers from Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, Latvia, 15 bands and 6 solo instrumentalists from the regions of Russia. Were submitted to various ancient stringed instruments: kokle Latvian, Ukrainian bandura, the Udmurt and the Mari psaltery, Komi-Permyatskiy plucked instruments, tools, Chinese and Mongol origin: the bass khuur, Morin khuur, yoching (icin), yatagas and Sansa.

III international festival of performers on old string plucked instruments "Sadko". Day two 10.10.2015

Moscow regional Philharmonic society with the support of the Ministry of culture of the Moscow region presented the III international festival of performers on old string plucked instruments "Sadko". The festival was held from 9 to 11 October 2015 in Krasnogorsk, Zvenigorod and Moscow.

The main participants of the festival took place on October 10 at the Cultural center named after L. Orlova, Zvenigorod. A musical program was presented: State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" (Russia, Moscow region), Narek Kazazyan (Armenia, Vanadzor), Tianjin international art Assembly cultural exchange – Chinese orchestra "Yang Chun" (China, Tianjin), folk instruments Ensemble "Murager" (Kazakhstan, Aktobe), Dimitar Hristov (Bulgaria, Blagoevgrad), the Ensemble of Russian music "Pskov" (Russia, Pskov), the national song and dance ensemble of Karelia "Kantele" (Russia, Petrozavodsk), The ensemble of folk music "zarni an" (Russia, Syktyvkar).

After the speeches, the leaders of the groups took part in professional discussions about the national characteristics and relationship of the instruments, the repertoire and possible joint projects. Leading the round table – artistic Director of the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia", people's artist of Russia, Professor Yury Evtushenko, artistic Director and conductor of the folk instruments Ensemble "Finist Balalayka", people's artist of Russia, Professor, composer Igor Oblikin, PhD, associate Professor of Moscow state Institute of music named after A. G. Schnittke, member of the International Union of musical artists Elena Zaitseva.

III international festival of performers on old string plucked instruments "Sadko". The first day 09.10.2015

Moscow regional Philharmonic society with the support of the Ministry of culture of the Moscow region presented the III international festival of performers on old string plucked instruments "Sadko". The festival was held from 9 to 11 October 2015 in Krasnogorsk, Zvenigorod and Moscow.

After a long break (the second festival was held in 2006) the project brought together more than 100 musicians from China, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Armenia and regions of Russia: Karelia Republic (Petrozavodsk, Russia), Komi Republic (Syktyvkar, Russia), Pskov and Moscow. The singers presented national musical instruments: a psaltery zvonchatykh and keyboards, Komi-Permyatskiy sigudek and Brogan, Chinese Erhu and liuqin, the Armenian Canon, the Karelian Kantele, and many others.

The opening ceremony, which was held on 9 October in DC "suburbs" of the city of Krasnogorsk, became a bright beginning of the festival. The headliner of the program was the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" Moscow regional Philharmonic. As welcome guests of the festival musicians performed the national anthems of each of the participating countries. The original symbol was the tree on which the representatives of the teams tied the ribbon with the image of the flag of their country.

In the opening ceremony and the press conference preceding the festival, was attended by the Deputy Minister of culture of Moscow region Roman Vasilyev, Director of Moscow regional Philharmonic Ilgiz Yanbukhtin, artistic Director of Moscow regional Philharmonic, people's artist of Russia, composer Maxim Dunaevsky, artistic Director of the State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia", people's artist of Russia, Professor Yury Evtushenko.

Special guest of the opening ceremony was a theater and film actress, television presenter, singer, Honored artist of Russia Nonna Grishaeva. Orchestra "the gusli players of Russia", a song she performed from to/f "Cheerful children" to the music of Isaac Dunaevsky words by Vasily Lebedev-Kumach "Heart".

Decoration of the concert were the visual and plastic composition, light and shadow performance, as well as sand installation. Images like in a kaleidoscope, succeeded each other, bewitching the audience. The program was attended by Children choir Studio "Scarlet sails" (Krasnogorsk).

Festival "The Inexhaustible Chalice" 17.05.2015

Every year in Serpukhov the celebration of the icon of the Mother of God "inexhaustible Chalice". Traditionally, the festival was a big festival of sacred music. May 17, 2015 State orchestra "the gusli players of Russia" took part in the final gala concert of the festival.

The program included the works of Russian composers (Glinka, Sergei Rachmaninoff and Anatoly Lyadov), folk songs ("Oh, you my field", "homeland"), works for folk instruments. The final performance became the famous chorus "glory" by Glinka arranged for folk orchestra.

The hall was attended by members of the Clergy of the deanery of Serpukhov, cadets and officers of the Serpukhov military Institute of missile troops, the participants of the festival, the residents of the city and district. Also the concert was attended by representatives of Department of culture of Serpukhov. At the end of the program they thanked the artists for conservation and the development of professional performance skills on folk instruments.
